Emily Broughton

Emily is a true Wilmingtonian, she was born and raised here and has never left. She got her North Carolina real estate license in 2021, but Emily has worked in the real estate world since 2016 as a transaction coordinator. From working with first-time homebuyers to managing their personal rental portfolio, and even dabbling in new construction home design - she does it all. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new places with her husband, playing with their pups, Maverick and Lola, and serving as their local church's administrator. Emily's passion is making the homebuying process simple and accessible to everyone!
