Tyler Broughton

Tyler was born and raised in a small town outside the Raleigh area and moved to Wilmington in 2012. He got his North Carolina real estate license in 2017 and earned his Broker in Charge license in 2020. In those three years, he also worked as a project manager and permitting specialist for a local builder. Tyler has extensive knowledge of large-scale land development, the permitting process, and zoning ordinances so he especially enjoys the opportunity to work with builders and developers. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, driving out on the beach with their two dogs, Maverick and Lola, and trying new restaurants in town. Tyler's passion is to help his clients find deals (often off-market ones) and provide valuable insight into the unseen potential in properties. He has a gift for analyzing the highest and best use for properties and making connections with important vendors and investors.
